Siham Alami has been a Chartered Accountant since 1999 and holds a master's degree in finance and accounting, as well as a master's degree in management sciences from the University Paris Dauphine. She started her professional career in 1994 with Ernest Young in Casablanca. In 2000, she joined AD ASSOCIES as head of the Audit department. In 2008, she became a partner in charge of the accounting, tax and legal departments.
She advises many major Corporate and Private Equity investors in their transactions. Furthermore, she assists them through her highly valued council regarding the tax and legal implications which lie in their development and restructuring operations.
Recognized by her peers for her tax and legal skills, she notably assisted three transactions carried out on the Casablanca stock exchange in 2019 and 2020 (IPO and capital increase), she has a perfect command of the Moroccan regulatory fabric.
On the associative level, Ms. ALAMI shares her know-how in many non-profit associations supporting young entrepreneurs. Since March 2020, Siham has been a member of the Tax and Customs Commission of the CGEM.

Face aux terribles conséquences humaines et matérielles provoquées par le séisme survenu à AL HAOUZ le vendredi 8 septembre 2023, l’Etat a mis en place un fonds public N°126, destiné à recueillir des contributions financières aussi bien publiques que privées en vue de gérer les répercussions de cette catastrophe.
